Ultrasonic cleaning is widely used in industrial manufacturing to remove machining oils, metal particles, grease, and other contaminants from precision components. While ultrasonic cleaning equipment receives much of the attention, the baskets used to hold parts during the process play an equally important role in achieving consistent results. A poorly designed basket can interfere with ultrasonic energy, restrict cleaning solution movement, and prevent certain surfaces from receiving adequate cleaning.
